I'm a 20 year old guy and ever since I was 13 I've regularly been jacking off but recently I haven't had the urge to do it. I don't want to do it anymore and whenever I force myself to do it it just feels wrong. Like my cock physically doesn't reach full mast anymore either.

I get that abstaining from jerking off is a good thing but it honestly feels kind of emasculating because I always prized myself on my virility. But now I just straight up don't get horny anymore. This is odd because I'm in the best shape I've been in my whole life. I'm eating well and working out regularly. I do eat fast food a lot though in an attempt to retain my gains and out of laziness, but fast food consumption has never seemed to affect my virility before. It's not full on ED because my cock was rock hard when I held a girl's hand last week but I legit can't get horny from porn anymore even after not watching it for months. What's going on here?

Porn is an addiction. Like most addictions, after a while you become tolerant and no longer get the same stimulation from it. This is what causes people to look for steadily more and more extreme porn. The fix is to stop using porn.

Porn addiction does not fucking exist. The American Psychological Association studied it and found that most porn "addicts" are really just people with nothing else to do. When they find other things to keep them busy, they consume less porn.

And most porn consumers are married men.

Drugs are literal chemicals that alter your brain's chemistry. Porn doesn't go inside your body.
