Well are they true NPD/supply fuel type or are they trauma NPD? its like sociopath vs psychopath but formed NPD is like abusive parents and bullying so loving yourself and you are the shit. Born NPD is more like a learning disability where they are incapable of normal feelings and they need supply/fuel(important concept) this is why most trolls are narcissists they crave feedback.
