by accepting the goblina you were actually supposed to be with. A lot of blackpill grief is dudes who are clearly below the mark still pining after beautiful women.

Be a happy miserable sod if that makes sense , like picrel. His life is fine , he gets his chores done, his wife nags him, but at the end of the day, they have each other and will make a life together.

All dysgenic indians stem from these sorts of couples and they exist in every poverty stricken area imaginable - yet , its a life.

Literally touch grass.

Seriously. Make some friends, start outdoor hobbies. Have casual sex. Go dating. You don't have to do all these things. Choose. Living a normie life is the cure for having lived a terminally online one.

Even if it's true most people only benefit from it for like a decade. Invest in the other ages of your life and take this age on the chin.

Quite literally go the fuck outside and fucking do things that make you happy. Any second you spend suppressing any part of yourself is killing you. Any second you spent on the Internet being depressed is killing you. Your soul is already dying but the fact that you ask this question means that there might be some hope left. Any second you spend being resentful against others, especially in the context of black pill (look whoโ€™s spending too much time on the Internet again) is making your life worse. If you canโ€™t organically pursue a normal life, then seek therapy.
