Take a pain killer
Put an ice pack on it
Keep your back flat

Depressingly, lying on your back and not moving is the worst possible thing you can do if you have back pain. The more inactive you are, the worse it will get, as the muscles that support the spine get more and more lazy. You need to get referred to your doctor, get a prescription for anti-inflammatories, painkillers, and a muscle relaxant, and get yourself MRI scanned so they can see what's going on. You probably need a new and better bed, mattress and pillow - a carefully chosen memory foam mattress is often a good choice. In the short term try both ibuprofen and paracetamol - alternate the two every two hours. Depending on what's going on, you may find either warmth or an ice pack helps.

It is likely that you have done permanent damage; but it is also likely that there are things they can do that will help somewhat - physiotherapy, that kind of thing. You won't know until you get scanned.

If you literally can't get up, then call someone for help before you piss yourself.

Yeah, if you keep doing it for months following the injury. Not immediately after it occurs, idiot.

>Idk what the fuck to do.
Talk to your doctor about it at the appointment.
Meanwhile consume pain killers and potassium. If you can't wait for the appointment go to urgent care and they will probably give you a prescription for muscle relaxants, like cyclobenzaprine.

Then you don't have any choice but to get yourself down to the ER.
>this isn't an emergency
Of course it's a fucking emergency. If you can't stand up you'll die of thirst. ERs deal with injuries, not just life-threatening stuff. That's where you'd go if you broke your arm.

I don't know, scan your back and determine if there's serious damage that warrants medical procedures? Prescribe you some pain killers?
>theres nothing that can even be done, is there?

It's not like I'm paralyzed, I just can't walk or stand because it puts me in immense pain
I can tell you right now there is no serious damage, it's just a soft tissue injury.
I don't know

Is ibuprofen or kratom better on your liver? same question but for the bladder and endocrine system, bladder is only one I'd assume kratom would be worse at

YOU NEED TO SEE AN ORTHO DOC ASAP
LIKE; RIGHT NOW
then
do an xray, then MRI
then hes either going to tell you how fucked you are aka you need to get on the table/or some injections (this is end of the line, terminus for you)
or you are lucky and you just need lots of meds, rest and then gymnastic exercices for some months.
>t. 4 discs slightly herniated, in gymnastic excercises for now half a year
back accidents and problems are very shit and can end for you in a wheelchair
you better move your ass op
