i cut myself today
it was a big gash

it's okay i heated some salt water, cooled it to disinfect it. then put it over the gash, to disinfect the wound, the only problem is that the cut is too big and i needed a big bandaid, the big one we have doesn't cover it all and the adhesive had to go over some of the wound. It's like slicing up chicken breast, like my skin folds just got pretty far apart. Also blood just keeps soaking my bandaid, it's annoying.

Reason i slashed myself is because people are following me around, stalking me and harassing me, i think they want to make sure i don't sue my workplace for their toxic and criminal behaviour and make me mentally unstable to help their case, i mean it's working,i was placed in a mental ward because of this. Now i think they want to finish the job, they even told my parents stuff about me and it's so uncomfortable

I don't know what to do, i made a list of the people following me around, every time i get a weird feeling i look around and there's some dude with a beanie. Sometimes i stop and let them pass and they start running, or walk the other way.

I don't know what to do.

I wanna tell the police but i have no proof, other than some notes.

i can't take it anymore, they follow me everywhere, seem to know the stuff i watch, i caught 2 recording me in public, i even got out my phone once or twice and they run away. i don't imagine these people existing, they do, they sometimes talk to me, or yell insults from a distance. Other people can see them when i point them out, but they don't harass me when i'm around others

You are displaying the disordered thinking which is stereotypical of schizophrenia. please go to a doctor and get some pills, you'll feel a million times better
