No. I've been banned since I was 17 for making an account underaged, I'm 23 now. Still banned. Emailed them and asked and they said no unbans.

I don't know about _if_ they unban you, just what they track for your ban.
From what I've read they'll keep your phone number, device ID and email address. I'm not sure if EU data laws mean they fall off faster here, but it's a possibility.
If you were to swap to an Android/iPhone with a new number, new pictures, new payment method and didn't verify yourself I think there'd be a low chance they'd be able to match you to your banned profile.
If you're EU-based you could try making a GDPR request to see exactly what data they hold on your then focus on changing as many of those characteristics as possible. I'd be cautious about reaching out to them to ask them the status of your account as I'd imagine if there are any time limits on data retention they're likely reset at each point of contact.
