She was 15 at that time and it makes me sick. He forced her to do things with guy friends and show him the evidence through videos. In conclusion there are about 150 videos/pictures. She got his ip through grabify and she threatened him with it. She blocked him and eventually it stopped. She was to scared to reach out to the police but what she got was that the guys name is Louis and that he lives near Düsseldorf Germany. I’m located in Germany and the police probably won’t do shit about it. This was 2 years ago so the police would investigate the case but as I said even if they catch him he would probably get a fine not jail time even though he shared these pictures on telegram and with his friends. So what I’m asking is can somebody help me with this situation and if is his ip address expired or something I’m not really an expert I don’t know how this shit works. He also said that the youngest girl he slept with was 12 and that he did this with other girls.
