It's currently winter in the southern hemisphere, as every year I experienced seasonal depression but this time my emotions have shifted in such a rapid manner that I was able to notice a pattern that explains the way I've been feeling for most of the past 5 years.
Severe depression and apathy Happiness, feeling of fulfillment and hope Anxiousness, paranoia, anger and aggression.
I am currently entering the third part of this cycle, I can feel it, my blood pressure is higher than normal and I have much more energy and aggressive thoughts.
Is this normal? Am I just being a retard experiencing what everyone does?
For context: I am 24 years old having never been diagnosed with anything, but I've never been tested either, I suspect I have autism but have no confirmation.
