How the fuck do I sleep? Whenever I try to fall asleep I get headaches that feel like a stroke and my heart is racing, I literally cannot sleep for more than 4h and wake up multiple times, I feel like shit ever single day, how to fix this?

Have you tried sleeping sitting up, like in a recliner or something?

Make sure ur drinling water with a pinch of salt to stay hydrated, also make sure you dont have sleep apnea
