What on earth is going on with me?

Like no joke For the past couple of months I've been dealing with Salivia buildup that constantly happens that I end up either having to swallow or spit. It's been a while since my mouth has been dry.

I've used Pantoprazole and gaviscon extra strength recommended to me by doctors who suspected it was acid reflux and 2 months later I'm still dealing with this problem along with feeling tingles in my chest and left eye.

Does anyone have any idea on what the salvia buildup actually could be and have any suggestions on how to deal with this?

I know having salivia is normal of course. My issue is that alot of salivia builds up in my mouth to the point that I end up having to spit them out way more than I've ever had to do and it's too a point that I end up spitting alot of the excess into empty water bottles I've already drank which is why I've noticed it and figured something was wrong.

I'm at least thinking these pills maybe aren't doing anything to address it.
