Not every man prioritises looks in women so strongly. Some prioritise it lesser than personality. Still important but not a deal-breaker if you have a lovable character.

Also attraction is malleable. Some men will grow to be attracted to their girl because of love. Even if she were a 6/10 objectively, subjectively to that man, she is a 10/10 because her face is >her< face. Means if she were in a room of one hundred 10/10 women, that man would only be searching to see his girlfriend.

That's the problem with those who have weird relationships to their own face. You never stop to consider that there are many men, both attractive men and nit-so attractive, who would see you as attractive without you needing to resort to surgically altering your own face.
