>be minimum wagie in job I enjoy.
>Decide to go casual/on-call since manager at workplace is a bitch and my other rcoworker is lazy so not only do I do more than my fair share, I also get berated by manager
>Been getting constant decent shifts at other places
>One particular place I enjoy the workers but the women workers are duds.
>One is aging and basically does fuck all.
>The other is constantly calling in sick and does barely anything when she is there.

Now I've only been at this place 3 or 4 times a week for the past 3 weeks and there is one girl constantly calling in sick and must've been calling in sick 1 to 3 times a week I've been there. They now have a new manager who has also picked up on this and finds it bothersome and for some reason was voicing this to me. Then I just mentioned how hard it can be because I've dealt with something similar in the past

Now, they out of the blue asked if a position opened up, would I be open to it. Does that mean he is considering booting her? If I take the position would it be scummy?

If theyre getting rid of her, theyre getting rid of her regardless of whether or not you tske the spot. Not scummy for you to take the spot. Otherwise theyll find someone who will.

Even if someone considers this a scummy thing to do (it's not), so what? She got fired for being dead weight and was replaced. That replacement happened to be you, that's all.
