Uh, hello? I need advice on what to do in a situation where you can't get through to roblox support? I had a situation where the refund verification is not confirmed at all. I was transferred to the site, told to confirm there, but nothing happened. I did all the actions necessary for this. NOTHING. After three hours of struggle, I wrote to support about this. As I understand it, a bot answered me by sending me some article. I clicked "yes, this is my topic" (or something like that) and it tells me:
— your problem is solved! Sincerely, the roblox team. Later I replied to their letter that I was unable to solve the problem. Unfortunately, my friend talked me out of writing to them a second time with the same problem. Maybe there are people who understand this?
