I've started at this company recently, a pretty good deal for someone with relatively low qualifications. Its demanding, but not stressful, let me just put it that way
It would be all great if it wasnt for this one nosey, extrovert co-worked.
We kicked it off well but he started getting annoyed that i wasn't as talkative as him (probably the most extrovert, talkative person in the company) and i was in fact an introvert and "boring"
He then went on to insinuate i have autism, and then to semi-openly show his disdain to me, to ignore my requests, to have friendly chit chat with other coworkers while responding with just a "yes" or "no" to my questions or not responding at all...
His work ethic is also questionable, as he preffers if we work each in single tasks rather than working together, which is almost impossible, while he works hard in quick bursts to then go on to chit-chat with the ladies at work, which mostly amounts to banter, "jokingly" flirting, etc. When he talks to me its mostly to ask me very personal questions, my opinion on how hot female co workers are, or other nosey stuff, with the only goal of repeating my answer to the closest coworker if he finds it entertaining, or just to insult me and try to push my buttons to get a reaction because hes bored and childish. He acts pretty much like a teenager despite being late 20's (A bit younger than me)
It was heaven when he got sick for a week, and even more so when i got a different workmate for a day who actually helped me and liked to work together rather than just doing sexual jokes with the women at work and being a dick to me
What do i do about this situation?
