How can I fix my hairloss when it doesnt follow the pattern of "skipping a generation"? Could be reversible then?

Me - receeding around 26, currently at NW3 vertex at 33. no crown balding yet but close

Mom's dad (my grandpa) - full head of hair, died at 86
Mom's Brother (my uncle) - bald by 28 (horseshoe)
My Dad - crown balding at 30, still had front hair by 60
My Brother - full head of hair at 30

Is it stress? bad luck genetics? out of curiosty i went to a hair clinic and they told me 8k for transplants plus lifetime min and fin.

"stress" or other medical reasons would give you random patches of hair loss, even on the sides. Idk how accurate genetics are and it's just some cope teenagers have. Once it happens there is no way around min and fin. Most just wait too long and then you need the hair transplant. Like what's even the question? Do you hope that there's some weird disease or deficiency and once it's dealt with your hair magically comes back?

Yes, because when i've told peole that my mom's side grandpa had hair and i dont they find it odd.
I have been struck with an autoimmune disease since I was 12. I have been vitamin D, B12, Iron, Calcium, and E deficient on and off for many years. I have had mulitple surgeries and painful experiences in my life.
and with all that I was hoping that maybe there was some simple trick that I'm missing that could help my hair come back

take an Avodart every day
stay away from generic dutasteride alternatives if you want guaranteed consistent quality
5 Avodart capsules every day if you are desperate and have the money for it
you can do finasteride, but the half life is way shorter so you have to make sure to take it at the same time every day and if you for some reason forget or can't get your hands on the finasteride for a few days or weeks you are left with zero suppression afterwards as opposed to dutasteride which accumulates in your system and suppresses for months if you end up in that situation of course suppression decreases as you stop taking it but it's nice to know

you can do minoxidil as well just make sure it's topical and not oral as oral minoxidil has shown to induce pericardial effusion, a lethal heart condition and don't microneedle that can seriously fuck up your skin

PREVENTING further hair loss with Avodart and REVERSING hair loss with several transplants is the best approach I say SEVERAL transplants because you want to make sure you use your donor hair correctly remember you are working with a limited supply and you should probably talk with a hair transplant consultant who can give good recommendations about which clinic and surgeon to work with

if you are not lazy you can do topical minoxidil, but don't expect a lot it's just a slightly effective growth stimulant, but if you are a nonresponder to that you can apply tretinoin in advance as that has been shown to improve absorption
