I think it is very fair. But I'm just wondering that how I put the new condom without touching my stick. Because if I change it for the next round, that means my stick would be a bit covered with my sperm because of previous round.

And the condom instruction video said that 'uh uh don't flip the condom. If you flipped it, then throw it out and get new one becasuse even a little pre-cum is dangerous too'.

That sounds like I should not touch any part of my stick when I change it.

You're overthinking this. There will be a break in between sessions - you won't be able to get hard again instantly. As soon as you cum, hold the condom round the base and pull out immediately. Take it off, throw it away. Then go and wash your hands and your dick. You'll need to wash anyway, because otherwise your dick will taste of condom, and no woman wants to taste that. Put a new condom on as soon as you get hard again.
