Being in a mall I choose to buy ice cream from Burger King since I have never tasted them.

Choosing an option it surprised me the cashier didn't knew about the product (the one with an advertisement behind the cash register) but the girl that had to make the ice cream murmured the senior crew member about what to do after checking there were no cones left for my order.

She ended up giving me a small broken cone with the ice cream placed horribly. Two dollars for a half-a-dollar product.

I filed a complaint via email, where I was told that the product was correct and that the cone didn't change based on the price, but rather the weight of the ice cream. They offered me a medium fries as an apologize kek.

I know this is stupid and I know I'm better off not losing my time but it pissed me off how the employees laughed at me as If I didn't notice or wouldn't care.

If I want to keep with the complain, what would you recommend /adv/? Pic related.

They get paid minimum wage and couldn't give less of a fuck about you, if you want proper icecream, go to a dedicated icecream shop or make your own

Don't ever ever eat the ice cream at a franchised fast food place. Upkeep and maintenance is easily the worst out of everything they have
