So I when I was a kid I was bullied a lot, I don't know why they did but I was the scapegoat. I had no friends and even the teachers didn't help me. How do I find out what made me unlikable then so I can fix it now? Or am I like this forever?

All it takes is *perceived* weakness. You didn't even have to be actually weak to be bullied.
Brad Williams got picked on immediately his first day of school because he was tiny and immediately made the bully cry because his dad trained him not to be weak.

Sometimes it was just responding in a way that encouraged or allowed them to continue bullying.

There's nothing to fix. It was your past. Focus on your present and fix that. Little kids immaturely bullying you is only an issue worth resolving if it's still happening.

I was very badly bullied as a child, and have recently been diagnosed with Autistic Spectrum Disorder - not coincidentally. If you have any other reason to suspect that you might be neurodivergent in some way, it's worth getting that investigated.
