adderall works but at great, maybe even unsustainable cost

cigarettes work to manually regulate your reward system at great cost

having a job where you move around constantly and don't do the same thing for more than 10 minutes at a time is ideal, having that without getting trapped in customer service is the dream case

If Adderall turns you into a robot, you can try Vyvanse, especially extended release, since that side effect is less common

>ADHD meds
>Fellow schizo folk
Pretty sure schizos require antipsychotic medication. ADHD meds actually makes schizophrenia worse.

Is there any medication for ADHD and depression at the same time.

bupropion is an SSRI which is sometimes prescribed for ADHD. its effects on dopamine are contentious though

How do you know when the ADHD medication is working? The “writing it down” method is not helpful at all considering I just stop after a few days.

Not OP but for me I knew my ADHD meds starting working the minute I was able to read and comprehend entire paragraphs of text within just a few seconds of a single glance. Before meds, I'd have to re-read sentences or skip back to earlier in the paragraph because I couldn't keep focus for longer than a few seconds.

Another sign they worked was I could sit and do a task to completion without having to randomly do other shit out of nowhere

No I didn't realise it was a stimulant I had no idea, I just witlessly throw pills down my throat without checking

I'm not surprised, an anon asked for signs when they're working, and I gave some examples via anecdotes. Do you always project the false presumptions you interpret from text on a screen?

this nigger >>33414596 doesn't know what's it like to have ADHD. but I know anon, cz I have it and how relatable the fucking paragraph part is. I tried some meds for a few months but it didn't have any effect on me after a couple of days. I live in a third world nigger country and there are no good psychologist. they can't even fucking diagnose properly.

You're going to develop an amphetamine dependence from taking them, and you're never going to be able to pay attention or focus without them ever again. They will eventually stop working, and you'll be put on shit that doesn't work.
