For apple devices, just use the built-in Screen time. It has password feature, ask a friend or family member to set the password.
For android, screenzen has feature to make it harder to uninstall. I forgot if you need a password for that.
For desktop/laptop, I think you need to make a new user account with less privilege that can’t install/uninstall or change settings or edit certain files. So your blocklist can’t be turned off. Again, a friend, or family member needs to control the admin account.
Obviously if you use mainly/only computers in uni’s computer lab or the office, you won’t open 4chan on them.
People love to say you need to fix underlying issues yadda yadda. That’s BS. There’s nothing wrong with making it difficult to access your vices. They just want to criticize.
