My suggestion is probably really get into your hobbies like drawing or sculpting to distract yourself, I dunno.
I haven't tried that myself but it seems like an effective coping strategy. Maybe you'll get good enough to make money off of it.

I'm 29 and in the same boat. I try to clean my house, do school work, and go out to events. Even that is difficult. Let's just keep it up man. Or start if you haven't already. I recommend meetup.com to begin with it's given me life and hope. She will come, eventually.. For both of us

what u replace ur habits with isnt really important, any change will be growth at this point.. heck just remove the pacifiers and try true boredom, ull get creative soon enough

I keep working out, I'm fit, but it doesn't work anymore. is just another chore. another way to burn time.

Mountain cottage and dirtbike for time when I want isolation and small house in suburbs with several old muscle cars from FB marketplace to work on. Too bad I live in a Balkan shithole and every single musclecar here is collector's item that costs more than that cars used to cost when new. Not to mention that I'll never be able to afford any type of housing ever and I have nothing to inherit, it would be great if I at least had farmstead or something where I could at least live peacefully, but nope. Guess that God has other plans for me.

it took me time to understand that many people really enjoy life.
most people will never understand someone not enjoying it or wanting it to end. no out of some crisis or passion (boo hoo I am SAD) but out of tiredness. I'm almost 40, but it feels like 40 centuries. I do not enjoy being here. I try my best and I won't kms, but deep down it's over. everything I could do requires another person, a time I already don't have, an amount of money I can't get.
I am ready to go.

I get you bro. I already died metaphysically 3 times in short amount of time and I just feel numb and tired. I want peaceful life and to enjoy my hobby, but I'm monetary unable to do it. Even tho I'm not really a good person, I'm too good to be scamming or doing shady schemes for money and too stupid to start any business.
