Would like if Femanons could also chime in on this. I'm in the hospital right now after a motorcycle accident. It's nothing major, but I'm going to be staying there for the next week and a half.
Problem is idk what to tell my gf. I don't want make her worry, or to give her the ick and see me all weak and lying in a hospital bed.
At the same time I don't want to lie to her about where I've been and why she can't see me and then show up at her place with bruises that I now have to find explanations for. So, what do I do?
We've been dating for about 7 months and are both 24.

imo lying is worse then letting her see you "all weak". women are naturally nurturing and i think she'll be more inclined to take care of you and be extra affectionate then leave you because she gets the "ick". also if you lie, she could think you're cheating on her. i think that's where most women's mind would first go when their bf randomly disappears and gives weird shoddy excuses as to why/where he was. get well soon, anon. rewatch some ftl season 2 eps while you recover :)
