They complain about how they have a smuggling problem but if they loosened up the laws then it would all decrease.

Example is there's some species of blue tarantula or some shit in New Zealand. A bunch of Japs kept getting caught trying to smuggle it back home. Eventually they did it successfully, they started breeding it in captivity over there, and now they don't need to smuggle it anymore.
