No, or at least not most of the time. A white one would probably pop up occasionally but these weren’t like arctic wolves living in the frozen north. They lived on grasslands in places like Arizona and Bolivia. Colossal just goes with the statement that there’s genetic evidence that they had pale coats, but that’s like saying an African lion or coyote is white because it has pale fur. White fur makes no sense for a savannah animal. It’s purely to make them look like a game of thrones wolf. The genes that make these ones white come from a domestic dog

That said: moas actually do have several legitimate mummified remains of soft tissue. So a genetic copy is a lot more feasible than something like using dire wolf fossils, but again bird cloning hasn't really been done because of eggs.

It is more likely than not that Aenocyon dirus looked nothing like grey wolves. Its closer related to African Painted Hounds, Dholes, and jackals than they are to grey wolves. All of those canids look nothing like grey wolves in many aspects so its expected that 'dire wolves' probably wouldn't look much like grey wolves either.
