There are still lots of good dogs and always will be. Purebred fags just arent going for them because working lines are 1: typically too impure to show and sell for big bucks unless you have a hyper-neurotic, borderline nonfunctional turbowagie like those $20k sheepdogs 2: hard to impossible to own if you're a sub-110 IQ wagie, and "normal ass dog" lines like landrace huskies, carolina dogs, dingos, etc are just a more adaptable less autistic version of working dogs and often have superior intelligence and even more energy.

Dingos make great pets, you just have to
>be relatively high iq
>have high empathy and great observation skills
>be moderately educated re: the current understanding of animal behavior
>genuinely believe that animals do, in fact, have emotions, inner worlds, and rudimentary short and long term plans and structure your approach around this
>be able to resist the urge to descend into violent ape dominance behaviors
>have 6+ completely free hours a day and a close relationship with trustworthy peope who are as naturally superior as you in case of hardship

how many dingos have you had as a housepet?
they have been feral dogs for thousands of years.
it's like taking an african wildcat kitten and expecting to get a ragdoll half a year later, abbos (like north east asians with wolf pups) will often take their puppies and then return them back into the wild as adolescents because they are incapable of bonding or cooperating with humans.
they MIGHT be fine with the ONE person they spent the most time with, like a wolf, but you get a far more instinctual/fearful creature than a real domestic dog, ie husky.

And lots of people have dingos. They're just smarter than you and sitting more comfortably than me.

your answer is 0.
it's a mark of stupidity to dislike fully domestic animals and want some "semi-wild" dog that will go crazy and bite you because it heard a strange noise/got spooked by a stranger.
no amount of socialization during puppyhood can overcome thousands of years spent in the bush. you can be the next furry to get mauled by a wolfdog if you want, that's fine by me.
ragdolls were mentioned because 90% of cats are kittens taken from some feral or semi-feral moggie street cat/colony. whereas most domestic dogs seldom have feral/stray dog lineage outside of the third world.

>Every moment of his existence is agony and lack of breath.
They can still breathe and don't suffer with joint problems compared to "healthier" breeds. The problem is when they exert themselves, that is when the nasal cavity struggles to maintain full lung capacity. But unless you are leaving them out in the sun or hiking up a trail that isn't going to happen. Throw in the fact that they are one of the longer living dog breeds and you soon realize that the health issues is highly overstated. Get a godd breeder, feed them good food, keep them at a healthy weight, keep them nice and cool and do nice walks. Same advice for just about every dog. The greatest sin the pug bears on it's shoulders is being a feisty shit

Get a sighthound like a whippet or lurcher. They are some of the most healthy and relaxed dogs you can get due to the amount of outbreeding done to keep them fit for racing or coursing. They are one of the few "breeds" where pedigree breeding practices is frowned apon. Plus the risk of negative breeds being mixed in is minimal as hyper agressive breeds like pitbulls do not conform to a sighthound frame so they are easy to weed out. If you are fine with rescues there are also tons of ex-racing hound kennels with greyhounds to choose from.

If you want a dingo just get a cattle dog. Or a cattle dog cross dingo. Pure dingos can be dangerous.

They are nothing like huskies. As for stairs I have never seen that personally
