My cactus got these white spots on one side, google says its due to cold air, it does sit next to a balcony window. Can i help it or is it over?

It looks shriveled up and like it might have a fungus or something. Tale a closer look at those wrinkles and orange spots, anon.

It looks wrinkly like a rotten fruit or something, but its not squishy at all

Also i found a spider living on my window behind the cactus, i fed him a mosquito and a fly, he barely paid any attention to mosquito, but came for the fly in like 1 second
