Is Poodle the perfect dog? Smart, healthy, active, and doesn't shed. What's not to like?

Only if they are poorly trained. They are incredibly intelligent dogs.

>overbred
>neurotic
>not actually hypoallergenic
>80% of the time is "toy" or "miniture" which are guranteed to be terrier or shit-su crosses and not actual full bodied poodles
>you will still be upcharged regardless of how much poodle is actually in the dog
>only usecase is retrieving water fowl while making you look like a ponce by proxy
>white coats look like they have constant piss stains from where their anxious wreak tear marks have dried
>standard poodles make working huskys look like sane and safe teddy bears
>yappiest faggots in the entire fucking dog world
As someone who was forced to live with these fuckers for a period of time, knowing 4 seperate poodles personally over my lifetime, I can tell you with absolute certainty and confidence that these are some of the vilest dogs in breeding pool today. Remove them and shitbulls and life would be a lot better for everyone.

My aunt was a Nipponaise woman in Italy who had a teacup poodle perfect for apartment living in Naples, where we lived. Yukibana, the poodle, was pure white, rarely fussed and was kept meticulously clean by my aunt. Not even tear stains. That said, if you don't like white because you're not going to go to autistic/Japanese lengths to keep the dig tidy, there are brown, grey and black poodles, too, and iinm, they aren't against any breed standards I'm aware of.
That said, I don't like dogs that small. I like big, dumb, oaffy dogs. Something I can wrestle or playfight with. A standard poodle isn't too bad for that but I prefer something bigger, dumber and oaffier.

Overly trainable dogs are a chore to own. Medium-Independent ones are way easier.

Trainability comes from a form of neuroticism.
