Oh hey, venting makes it worse for me too. Suicide hotlines were a bummer. Here was me thinking they’re trained individuals with some high wisdom that’ll suddenly make life seem worth living, but instead they’re some volunteers who are just there to listen a feign interest.

I know the feeling. Wash your face, maybe get a hot shower. Eat something or at least take a vitamin. If you're like me, get some coffee. For alot of us the key to fighting depression is a biochemical matter. Maybe your body is missing something simple like Potassium, Vitamin D, or look at your fingernails. If they have spots, it's a Zinc defficiency.

honestly i'm not sure what caused it, i don't think there was a single big reason. around the time it started i've had a small period where i had a lot of panic attacks, i'm thinking those might've had something to do with it. about the games, for the past week or so i was playing minecraft in this server but got bored of that too few days ago. before that i was playing a lot of path of exile 2. i don't really have a favorite, i play a lot of different games.

Ever seen someone for mental stuff? Psychologists/Therapist? I haven't myself but when it comes to having zero motivation to do things that usually lasts a week or so for me. Sorry that I'm hyper-focusing on the friends thing a bit, just something on my mind currently.
