Starting next month if police wants to they can come knock on my door and take my devices because of fictional 3D animated loli I saw years ago. This is legit. "As long as it looks photorealistic" it will now be lumped in with real CSAM.

Looking at the comments I saw people cheering and everybody agreeing the time has come to behead all pedos.

I think it's "Other Forms of Art" so in cases I've heard about where a police officer visited a /b/ troll and inquired him about a 2D Loli, and was about to arrest him because it was "illegal", it ended up not happening because he realized it didn't fit.
But by the new definition, all you need to do is say "It looks like the proportions of a real human being, therefore it's abuse content" and it blatantly mentions "unicorn horns" and "dragon wings" as examples of having art that is fantastical but still counts as long as it looks "real enough".

You have to ask yourself at some point, if the material isn't hurting anyone in real life, and doesn't lead to someone being hurt in real life as a result, why is there such a push for it to be banned/stigmatized?
