I've had this problem my entire life, but with my lips. Picking until they bled everyday, it hurt to smile, people can't look me in the eye, it's embarrassing. But I'm lucky, I'm a femanon. So I HAVE to get manicures or I start back up again. I feel like I can't control it, like it's a stress reaction that HAS to happen or I'll never calm down again. It's a self soothing thing they say, like stimming.

I've sunk hundreds of dollars into stopping this, and even on my best days I still can't control myself. I wish I had a better prognosis for you guys. But in my 35 years, still no solution.
