I fucking love smoking. My uncle always told me, "real men smoke" and I believe him. Sometimes he'd blow a little smoke in my asshole if he was feeling loving that day.

>75 cigarettes a day
Let me guess: Largo

My father did the same, and one day he just quit. He's not dead tho.

I started smoking around 1972 and smoked a pack a day until 1998 when I bought my first desktop PC and the day UPS delivered my PC I quit and have not smoked since

if you stop smoking (you are in control of your own actions), and do not buy anymore, you have effectively quit
you don't want to quit though
that is the problem

At what point did you just say โ€œfuck it, I donโ€™t have time to go outside and will just smoke indoors from now onโ€?

Didn't quit per say, but during work I decided not to smoke any. I just buy some soda and sip that through the shift.

After work I smoke a couple with beer and 2-3 before bed. Also one in the morning before exercising, gets my body going idk. I don't see ever quiting, but cutting off saves money.

I quit cold turkey one night because it just disgusted me, my lung was wheezing and whistling every night and no matter how much I'd cough it'd still be like this.
Lasted about two years but during that time I realized what a hazard tobacco smoke is to non-smokers, it actually turns your stomach upside down.

Almost 4 packs per day? I'm tempted to say this is a larp, but I've been here long enough to know there are some anons here that exist in the extremes.

Assuming OP is awake for 16 hours a day, it's approx 5 an hour, so plausible enough for the sort of smoker who lights their next cigarette from the stub of the previous one.

Idk when I stopped smoking brand cigarettes and started rolling my own the respiratory issue became markedly less. I feel like RJ Reynolds et al add so much other shit it's ridiculous.

roll your own, switch hands when you get fat yellow spots on your hands, change it up (filter / no / tip; handroll / pipe / cigar) until you get tired of enough of the negatives to appreciate moderation or even breaks from it

How in the fuck do you manage to smoke 3 and 1/2 packs in a day? Do you light 5 at a time?

I did. Went from 3 packs a day to nothing when I got pneumonia and was bedridden for 2 months. My wife (fiancรฉ at the time) had to help me walk to the toilet and shower. It was bad. Thought I was going to die. I physically couldn't smoke, and the illness lasted long enough to break the physical and psychological addictions.
