Libido is driven by genetics and diet. If you exercise, then sexual preferences, I think it's determined by how your parents treated you. So if you had an abusive mother, you'll either want to dominate women, or you'll let them do it, you'll be submissive.

kinda, when I was a kid I would in turn molest other kids because she molested me all the time and I just thought it was normal. as an adult I know better and can look back on that time as bittersweet, partly because I didn't know how "good" I had it, while also acknowledging that I probably shouldn't have been subjected to that. Libido is very easily influenced by all sorts of factors like diet, exercise, mental stress, and hormone fluctuations. It changes from day to day and genetics could be a factor.
Hypersexualization is more of a self-conditioning thing, I would think. Like, if you have conditioned yourself to respond easily to arousing stimulus by consuming way too much porn and probably already have a half chub from jacking off recently, it's easy to keep that train going.

Its something your born with That can or can not be genetic. I actually have this, no larp no bull shit. Its been at the vast majority of my life a Curse. Doesn’t bother me, I’m proud of it. Hell most dudes of my generation and younger have absolutely shot hormones and are getting ED at like age 26. I’m 32 and get like 4-5 random boners a day still.
