Sounds rough sorry. I also used to cut when i was 12-13 but quit and managed to not relapse to this day. How would steroid cream help with a short frenulum? And for me i've developed small symptoms of phimosis recently much later in life during adulthood. Shouldn't i have noticed it way sooner if a short frenulum was the issue? Guessing it's something else like scar issue from an accident or too much edging at a certain point a few years ago. Hoping it'll go away or slowly improve on its own by continuously stretching it while showering, keeping it clean, somewhat regular masturbation etc
