How would steroid cream help with a short frenulum? And for me i've developed small symptoms of phimosis recently much later in life during adulthood. Shouldn't i have noticed it way sooner if a short frenulum was the issue? Guessing it's something else like scar issue from an accident or too much edging at a certain point a few years ago.
