If you are a pedo or even just pedo adjacent, do not do it. They want to castrate you.

Anyway idk what that has to do with it. Not like i'm gonna talk about it. I just want some help with some other mental issues

First step is recognizing you need help. The next is seeking that help and them following through with it. Inform a family member you can trust and ask them to help you recieve help. Ask if they will help hold you accountable. If they say yes then move forward. If not then get in touch with a mental health clinic and or start going to anonymous meetings like AA but for mental health. Use your spare time to start breaking habits and try and correct your sleep schedule. Jordan Peterson rules for men type shit is a very good first start to seeing sudden change within your immediate environment whoch you do have the ability to change.

It's all connected, therapy only works if you are honest with your therapist. Some therapists are alright and have a more complex world view than the ones (most of them, younger ones especially) who rely on a simple moral paradigm to decide how to treat patients.

Why do you need professional help?
What steps have you already taken to improve your current situation?
If you haven't attempted to help yourself first, hiring some jew shrink to prescribe unnecessary meds probably won't solve your issues

>Why do you need professional help?
depression and ocd and adhd and tons of anxiety in general
>What steps have you already taken to improve your current situation?
i guess the very basic stuff, like getting good sleep and eating healthy and exercising and similar. (currently not doing any of them) i think some pills would help

Commit to 6 weeks of regular activities. Whether that's gym, going for walks / runs etc. You don't even need to put in a ton of effort, just be consistent.
Additionally, cut down your online time it's genuinely not healthy.
If no improvement, look into seeing a good psychiatrist. At the very least, you'll be in the habit of following a decent routine and you'll be more likely to follow the Dr's advice. Meds should be seen as a short term solution to helping you make the life changes that will result in long term benefits.

Good luck, anon

Why not get some help first and work on yourself? That way you'll learn what to look for in a doctor, the difference between a good one and a bad one, and you can actually work on things while in treatment.

I usually wouldn't post, but since my predicament was simar to yours:
Yes, there absolutely are therapists you can talk about everything with. With mine I can say literally whatever I want (which I have) and she will never judge me for it.
Of course, it depends on the person, but so on their school of thought. A typical modern psychological most of the times, from my point of view, doesn't really believe in healing, only in management. That is, whatever you're born with, you're stuck with it, and you can only learn to live with it. A pretty convenient view that helps sells many more pills than without it. But those types of people will probably judge you if they consider you have been born with something incurable that they find morally reprehensible.
For other schools, therapy is more holistic, and healing, or living in real harmony, is possible. You should maybe look for one of those schools, less interested in giving pills and the like. You should find one for yourself, but just as some guide, my therapist is from Analytical Psychology.
It may be harder to find one if you live in the USA, a country where drugging people their way into a zombie state and informing the state about "dangerous individuals" at least seems to be rather common, but regardless, I hope you persevere and find something that suits you.

Just go to the Doctor! Get some medicine or some good advice on how to manage and suppress those symptoms.
