there is a section on facebook call event.
choose a event near you that you would like and go. Go there many time. soon people will recognize you. soon you will talk to people without noticing.
but you all need to understand people outside are normie. your relationship would surface level and that ok. these people are not your mental problem fixer. but they would make your life a lot better
