I have a checkpoint and a lora.
The checkpoint I've been using for the last 6 months is EpicRealism PureEvolution for inpainting (it's version10 if that helps you find it on civitai)
I swap loras depending on the details I want to use. For most nudes I use a skin texture Lora which I think is ReaLora/Realistic skin texture. I honestly don't remember because I downloaded it months ago and didn't save the link.
I'll also download specialized ones for things like tattoos or nipple rings.
I'm still looking for a method of integrating multiple loras without it taking forever or looking like ass.
For my settings I usually keep the lora strength at 0.9 but that's one of the only ones I bother to adjust between runs.
The rest of my settings are pretty stable and as follows:
GrowMask: 15
FeatherMask: 5
Steps: 20
CFG: 7.0
Denoise: 0.9
