Depends on how well you know your therapist. I use mine because I'm good at manipulating people to get what I want. I get drugs from the psychiatrist and I use my therapist to help make my disability case easier to go through. I've told my therapist, but usually tell her through a moral lense. I've learned a lot from her because I study sociology myself and I know what they like to hear. She used to work in a high crime area where kids wanted to be shot instead of killed, so she's pretty unphased by cartoons.

Most will simply turn you in and even if they don't I can't see what they can do to help you. The 'treatment' I've heard of usually involves chemical castration and seizing all your computers and closely monitoring your internet use from there. I guess that would force you to stop but you should understand that's the most likely outcome and think about if you're okay with that.

I think every human exists with some level of fundamental evil, the difference is most people spend their entire lives from childhood to old age fighting against their inner evil and not letting it take control. Completely giving up that fight and not caring about others at all is what separates you in the eyes of others as 'irredeemable'. Obviously you would never come right out and say how you are but there are other ways people can figure out your true nature. One of them being if you ever get a warrant for your pc and internet use.
