I had to get an infected wisdom tooth removed a couple of weekends ago by two black female dentists. They were very good and professional, but thinking back, a professional black woman using her fingers to force-open my mouth was kind of hot. It was an extremely painful experience, but in retrospect, that was kinda nice. I think it 'woke something up' in me.

It was an 'emergency' place (literally a small dental office in a strip mall...next to an Aarons!), so they just used local anesthetic. Which, of course, meant a lot of injections, which did well to numb my gums, but did fuck all for the actual root(s) of the tooth, half of which broke off and they had to go back in there and spend 25 mins trying to force pull/cut/drill it out. I even drove back to my apartment alone afterwards.
