i've seen thinner anorexic women, but they usually haven't survived long at that weight
i have no hard evidence for it, but i remain convinced that Eugenia is working with doctors with flexible ethics who are willing to help her do the bare minimum she needs to do to keep from dying without pushing her into recovery
i suspect she's on a very strict regimen to ensure she gets as few calories as possible while still getting the minimum amount and balance of macro- and micronutrients and electrolytes she needs to avoid serious medical problems
she's at risk of all kinds of wild shit like rhabdomyolysis, but she has, so far, managed to avoid it as far as we know, and i find it difficult to believe it's just luck
i think she has professional help in achieving her physique, such as it is
