What are (You) doing to save, fags?
>Be me
>80k a year
>crafted perfect diet to fill all of my micros daily with rather delicious whole foods like potatoes, whole chicken and avacado that are insanely cheap, 120 for food every few weeks
>use toilet paper for paper towels and napkins because they are the same thing ignoring the social stigma
>made my own concrete dumbells and weights to save, bought cheap gym equipment thrown out from gyms and fixed them myself
>researched enough to find out that cheap soap (dish, laundry, dishwasher) is just as good as namebrand so i always go for the cheapest
>use cheap dish soap for hands
>travel on comedically high end ebike, charge it at work so i never have to buy fuel
>internet for house is a tethered mobile line data plan on an old android that allows others to connect to it via bt/wifi. 60/mth high speed internet bill.
>nailed down the perfect place for cost + qol, 800 mth for rent, utils 130.
>get dental hygiene stuff from dollar store
>clean counters and appliances with lightly damped isopropyl toilet paper and then wash it with dish soap, saves a fuck ton
>tupperware is recycled heat resistent plastic containers from misc stuff
All proceeds go to my crippling marijuana addiction.

yet youβre wiping counters with alcohol-soaked toilet paper.

I live in an awful little flat that my friend's parents own, pay $230 a week including utilities. Earn 80-90k a year, spend the money on cars, my alcoholism and the occasional cocaine/ketamine/mdma binge. Still save $500 or more a week. Have basically given up on owning a home or being anything other than nigger rich.

If you earn 80k a year and have only yourself to care for, you've got it ridiculously easy. What if you earned barely 24k a year? Now that's a challenge.

I almost have enough to buy a house due to my savings, and once I do I plan to send most of my money to good charities. It's not really a struggle since I live alone, nor am I claiming to struggle. I do have it easy you are correct. I spend a little over a thousand a month. Doing all of this is extremely easy and I hope this post can provide insight and improve (you)r life as well as the people who are actually struggling.

Avoiding buying a BMW M340i even though I reeeeealllly want one and can 'afford' it. (28M making $100k + 20% bonus) and wifey just started working too so now she's bringing in $120k as well, and no kids!
aside from that, meal prepping, and avoiding unnecessary Amazon splurges. No need to cheap out on everything if you just increase your income. Our savings rate is approaching 40%.

live with parents and throw 95% of salary into savings/retirement (even though i'll probably be dead before being old enough to collect...)
if housing prices/interest rates ever drop to non-homosexual levels then plan to buy a house. Not looking likely anytime soon so keep throwing money on the pile

My house mate smokes from the time it wakes up till it goes to sleep. See now issue with this and sees no issue with over 5k a year going towards this βnon issueβ habit. It canβt even go to a them park with family and not bring this habit with them. It will figure this out when they are on their own.
