As far as data goes, I've seen one chart that's been shared on 4chan multiple times that shows that with the exception of black women, all races of women prefer white men.
Indian women preferred white men by one of the largest margins.
Anecdotally, it seems to me that Indian women prefer white men more than any other race. And it seems like it's not even close. I saw a meme not that long ago that was made by an Indian girl and it went something like:
Dating an indian boy: You make him wait two weeks before you let him hold your hand.
Dating a white boy: Remember to tell him that "you've never done anything like this before" as he's fucking you bareback two hours into your first date.
And there were responses like "OMG so true!" and "Is this about me?"
