well, the question is that i felt very abused and weak as a child, i blamed myself for not being able to stop what was happening, so when i was about 12 years old, i started training, little by little.
by the time i was 16-17, i was doing that, about 800 push ups a day, about 1000/1500 sit ups (bench, even harder), in sets of 100/150 (on floor, i got up to 1200 in a row once), cardio, martial arts, i wore weights on my legs ALL DAY, ect ect. ect.
the idea was to be prepared for when my family went crazy again...
well, nothing serious happened but a few push ups...
years of training wasted...
