I haven't eaten in 24 hours. I simply don't feel hungry.
Should I be concerned? I'm bit overweight so maybe my body doesn't need to eat, but still.

you can stay without food for months, just make sure to drink water, and if you feel dizzy or light headed grab some sugar or something with a lot of calories.

I'm a NEET who hasn't left his house in 3 days. So, basically, I don't.

Have a small meal of protein and complex carbs when you do feel hungry. Avoid simple sugars that burn up quickly and leave you feeling sluggish afterwards.

Maybe you're dehydrated. I lose my appetite when I get dehydrated. I'm getting older and my ability to feel thirsty is dropping so I have to be careful to carry a water bottle around with me and keep one by my bed.
