Depends on the person. As a whole, most of America is either public-schooled NPC retarded shitshin mutts, or an illegal immigrant with little to schooling from their home country. The best mid-wits get to go to state schools and get commie indoctrination to ensure they become low-wit NPCs reliant on their betters.
Then you get the private school and homeschooled Americans, and the rare genius who made it through the public school "gifted program". Those have a semblance of wits about them, and they end up in the various positions running businesses, government shit, and whatnot. The good goys get selected by Jews to run their empire here, while the bad goys get depersoned. This is how shit hasn't completely ground to a halt from all the DEI hiring, America still puts "some" competence in most areas. The DEI hiring is then extra dead weight on the competence in those fields, sponging money off for more Jew things.
Compare the average American mutt to a nigger from Africa or sandnigger and they will be smarter, if only in how to make gadgets do the thing. But to an Asian? The average Amerimutt would be a retard, and that does take into account all the cheating Asians do to pretend to be smart for advancement.
