The revenue collected should then be used to fund housing, retirement funds and end food deserts in black communities. Also, white single mothers should get assistance if they have a black baby.

I think this will go a long way to helping bridging the divide and end the systemic oppression of the black peoples in the US and other western nations.

So where's your healthcare then? Where's your retirement fund? Where's your public transport and infrastructure? Nothing is ever gained from white taxes - it's all used to fund military and corporate bailouts. The people doing the labour have always been people of colour, previously without pay, now with unliveable pay. State and federal tax does nothing to end the systemic oppression.

Whites just sit their lazy asses and claim to work but can't compete with blacks, Mexicans and Indians in terms of productivity, yet they are paid the most. We reward laziness in whites and we need to tax them for this privilege. If you want to earn six figures and demand people of colour work harder to make you and your white boss a profit, you need to pay for a black man's house, car and living expenses first.

Systemic oppression has gone on too long and we need to instill a sense of hard work into whites who have become too used to the get rich quick scheme of colonize, enslave or invade.

Current taxes only fund corporate bailouts and the military industrial complex. The current welfare system only helps the unemployed and poor, but we need to fund every person of colour since they provide the real labour for this economy.
