Everyone on my last post was like “oh you should get therapy” or “kill yourself” and it’s like…how do I even get therapy? I can’t afford it. I’m still living with my parents. I can’t drive. I’m suprised self harm isn’t as supportive as other stuff on this site like what. Anyway should I post more nudes :3

don't try anything harmful to yourself please, there is someone that loves you, and if there weren't you can love yourself. Seriously, state funded medical assistance programs are open to public enrollment and usually cover most if not all treatment. Your state might not cover mental health specifically though, but they can point you in the right direction to crisis clinics and emergency services. Go to your local health department and ask for applications for medical assistance. Easy. Cuz it's either this or emergency room when it all gets to be too much and you can't take it anymore. Again.

This. Go to a doc and start trying different meds (a psychiatrist is ideal, but a general doctor is better than nothing).

Meds fixed me right up after many years of depression. I should have tried them sooner.

Brother, I used callondoc myself (like, 30 bucks for an appointment) and got meds. Legit saved my life. I was probably close to ending it all, and the way they literally fix all your brain problems is like magic.

I can not recommend enough that anyone struggling with depression just talk to a doctor and get on meds. It's a serious disease like anything else, even if people act like it isn't

Anti Depressants helped me a lot, i take 2 different kinds. They are cheap AF even without insurance. Also tits like those help a lot so idk maybe look down more often? nipples
