That's just not true at all. When those "conservatives" move to actual conservative states, they turn them into the same liberal shitholes they ran from, like what's currently happening to Texas. You're a fucking retard.

Not necessarily conservative but they are generally republican.
>inb4 same shit
No, they just naturally transition into being conservative. Like a left leaning gender dysphoric teen in Portland will naturally transition.
>reason
Rome built the republic, based on civic virtue, land ownership, it gave their legionnaires a pension that can pay for land and a home. A good retirement sum allowing them to purchase between 20-50 acres of land not to mention being gifted more.
>democracy
Appeals to the city people, you gather all in the forum or amphitheater and discuss topics and vote. Simple as that. The closer the people to the city the more centralized the power. But in the city has always been vile things that cause perversion and shit seeps all the time, to protect the decadence and illness they create laws. Similarly republicans living in the rural have, like Romans, kept their faiths and their spears, swords, and slings at their side. They may occasionally have a boy-mistress or a mistress on the side, but usually going back to being the family man.

Fun fact, most of the "food" produced in California is not for human consumption and goes to feed animals raised in texas. ;^)

Not neccessarily texas, but californias biggest product for animals is alfalfa and its actually mostly an export to china, so technically speaking about 1/3 of the crops grown by california are exported, 1/3 are used for domestic feed and 1/3 used to feed humans, the funny thing is they are outpaced by the "flyover" states in this aspect as 50% off all their food stuff is meant for human consumption. So in reality california doesnt oroduce shit for oeople, it just banks on exports so really cali is just a money farm.

Strawberries — $2.97 billion
Tomatoes — $2.01 billion
Carrots — $1.67 billion
Broilers — $1.24 billion

Texas:
Cattle, $15.5 billion

Hope this helps.

Texas = 31.193 billion.
California = 38.09 billion.

From the California agricultural website, their largest agricultural exports is not alfalfa.
From the exports report, it was Almonds as #1, then pistachios, dairy, and wine.
Alfalfa was not named specifically, instead all Hay-grasses were lumped into one, and it still was only #15 on the exports list.

>almonds, pistachios, avocados, iceberg lettuce....
It takes a gallon of water to produce one (1) almond.
A california billionaire owns almost half of the farms and uses more water than the entire city of L.A., but pays less than 1/10,000 the household rate because of corrupt politicians.

Sure california produces a shit ton of "food", but look up what that actual "food" is. There's very little value. If california ceased to exist there would be no famine. People just wouldnt have snacks.

yo, growing water intensive food in the dessert is a stupid move. alfalfa is grown in the desert for desert countries that do not grow alfalfa because it is a water intensive crop.
