I don't want skin turning yellow, I've been told liver failure comes with that but i'm not sure why.

Liver failure is an awful way to go. A lot of pain, and not just pain but extreme discomfort in other ways. Itching, bloating, swelling. On top of that, many times it's self inflicted so you'd be laying there in abject misery knowing you did it to yourself. Fuck that. It's why I stopped drinking daily.
