Winter, you can just add more clothes to bear the cold.
Maybe if I lived in a more temperate place I would choose summer, but, being in the heat is so exasperating
And if you're just talking just about the dressing style, I think both are beautiful in their own way, light and heavy clothes can be very stylish

If it wasn't because nowadays the cold gets freezing cold and the heat burns you to ashes, I think you can enjoy both styles while just waiting until the next season, I wished sometimes that I could wear some nice clothes but they get too cumbersome, and sometimes I wish I could just wear something simple, but the cold doesn't let me
I think we should enjoy the best clothes for the occasion, even some raincoats can be cute when it's rainy, but you could just use an umbrella and wear something for the splashes

That's what I mean by not extreme weather, I heard that in some places the summer is kinda nice, maybe if I lived there I could wear nice clothes without worrying about drowning in my own sweat
I think you can still have nice clothes in summer, if you have a parasol with you at all times...
