Even scizophrenics have to choose to be better, even once you're medicated, there is no amount of time or healing that can negate that fact. It is your life within your control.
Take a shower. Women find you repulsive because you smell and you don't know what to say. The more you talk to them, the better you get. I don't care if you're autistic. Think of it like a skill in a video game and stop making excuses to keep yourself down. Depression feels good. It feels really really really good to do nothing and to hate yourself for it. But it doesn't make you happy.
My next piece of advice is just to do crack, so get some sleep. You're worth it.
